Kyselka is spa town, its healthy spring is using as a part of treatment in Karlovarske spa. The hall of Otta`s spring is not open for public, it is in the bad condition. Otta`s spring is temporary take out by the house of spa`s doctor Josef, Loschner, who worked there in 19th century. Behind the spa part in valley Lomnece is large complex of company Mattoni – packed mineral water

The interest red way from Kyselka to Karlovy Vary has digressions to Semnicka skala and to Skalka Skritku (3km from Kysleka).
